Patricia Weick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2018, at the age of 86, Patricia Weick (Cinnaminson, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her child Thomas L. Jr. (Elaine); and her brothers, Jack Lyons and Robert Lyons. She is survived by: her children, Robert, James (Lois), Kathleen Reilly (Mike), Patricia (Maureen), John (Kathy), Maryann Gresko (Steve), Timothy Colfer (Nicole) and Tina Colfer (Lenny); and her sibling Maryann Wrubel. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Oncology Department, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA (chop.edu).
