“I am so shocked and saddened to learn about the passing of Maria. Maria and I we best friends when we were young . She was such a wonderful fearless friend who loved life. My memories of her is her love of water , sailing, her family, and being her genuine self. Though we lost touch as we got older I still cherish our friendship and memories and learned so much from her. God has an amazing angel up there.
