She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Connor and Loretta Connor (Dunn); and her spouse Thomas E. Wise. She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta Best (Charles), Kathleen "Kathy" Fisher (Harry) and Lisa Wise; her grandson Harry Fisher; her siblings, Ann Lutz (Richard), Clare Garvey (David) and Joseph Connor (Joan); and her sister-in-law Dorothea "Dot" Conheeney (Thomas). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers you can make a donation in Loretta's memory to the charity of your choice or instead go out for ice cream with a loved one and tell them everything you love about them.
