She was predeceased by: her father John Grdinich. She is survived by: her husband Damian Concordia; her sons, Anthony James and Chase Nicholas; her mother Diane Grdinich (Rose); and her sister Danielle Grdinich. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, and other extended family.
