She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Borys and Helen Borys; her husband Ronald Hoxworth Sr.; and her daughter Melvina Cheryl Hoxworth. She is survived by: her son Ronald E. Hoxworth Jr. (Heather Conover Hoxworth); and her grandchildren, Hadley Hoxworth and Ronald E. Hoxworth III (Boone).
