He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Mary "Marge" Vining. He is survived by: his children, John C. Vining II (Nichole), Colleen Vining and Justin Vining, Jr.; and his siblings, Bobbi Klima (Jerry) of Ma, Joyce Morgan (Brian) of Vt and John C. Vining Jr. (Patti) of Md. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
