She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Perry and Rita Marie Scavuzzo; and her brother Carl Perry. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Martin (Crista) and Luke Martin; her grandchildren, Serena and Tyler; and her siblings, Jeanette Krabiel (Jim), Janine Spengler (Rick), Cristina Lawler and Michael Perry.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org.), an organization she deeply admired.
