He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ridgway and Esther Ridgway; and his brothers, James Ridgway (Pauline) and John Ridgway. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Justin (Sue) and Kevin (Leanna); his grandchildren, Alex, Jaxson, Cameron, Maddox, Kieran and Samantha; and his siblings, Thomas Ridgway, Regina O'Loughlin and Esther Costantini (Greg). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to St. Charles Borromeo School.
