He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Jack; his parents, Robert Schafer and Anna Schafer; his wife Joan Schafer; his children, Sean (Kathryn), Maura (Teresa), Ryan (Lori) and Colin Schafer (Susanne); and his siblings, Robert Schafer, Margaret Rowland (Frank), James Schafer, Sandy Spinelli (John), Ann Marie Schafer, William Schafer (Denise), Jerry Schafer (Cheryl), Ellen Brown (Kelly), Brian Schafer (Michelle), Carolyn Sabol (Bill), Barbara Vitale (Sal) and Kevin.
Social distancing and masks are required at both the viewing and the Mass. Interment will be private.
