She is survived by: her significant other Scott MacMinn; her children, Roxy, Jacquie, Allie, Jaime, Trevor and Tommy; her grandchildren, Haylie and Calista; her sister Marianne Puzzutello-Engrissei; and her child NJ.
In lieu of flowers a memorial page was made for the family to assist with final medical expenses and funeral costs.
