She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Czaja and Jean Czaja; and her husband William J. Peters. She is survived by: her children, Michele Peters (Shelly), Mark Peters (Michelle) and Nicole Necowitz (Andrew); her grandchildren, Kyle, Kelsey, Colin and Kylie; and her sister Phyllis White.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, causes close to Helene's heart.
