George A. Lehmann Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George A. Lehmann of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lehmann and George Lehmann; his wife Phillis Joyce Lehmann; his brothers, Joseph and John Lehmann; his grandson Anthony Lehmann; and his in-laws, Elizabeth and Frederick DeSanctis.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick Sean Lehmann, Todd Lehmann and Nicole L. Tharrington; his grandchildren, Alexis and J. C.; his great grandchild Gemma; and his siblings, Paul Lehmann, Mary Vogel, Austin, James, Vincent, Benedict and Thomas Lehmann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Weber Funeral Home (112 Broad St, Riverton, NJ 08077). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church - Riverton (103 4th St, Riverton, NJ 08077). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery.
In addition to his contributions to the game, George was a pioneering entrepreneur in the specialty sports apparel industry.
