He was predeceased by: his sister Norma Harrel. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Collins; his children, David Palmarini (Susan) and Marc Palmarini (Rebecca); his stepchild Andrew Collins; his grandchildren, Melissa Palmarini, Robria Palmarini, Tori, Noah, Calder Collins and Shay Collins; and his siblings, Gloria Naslund, Martha Flemming and Louis Palmarini.
