She was predeceased by: her brother Ira C. Brown; her husband H. Edward Evans; and her mother Baptist. She is survived by: her sister Justina Bryant; her uncle Joe; her aunt Ann; her daughters, Joanne Roberta and Renee Patterson "Nay" (David P. Henry); her grandchildren, Paula, Lauren, Stefan, Marissa and Sammi-Jo Kathryn; her great grandchildren, Morgan and Arie; her sister Tina; and her niece Jennifer. She is also survived by loving nephews and nieces.
