She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Meenan and Effie Meenan; her husband John Arntz; her son John D. Zell (Flor Marina Zell); her stepson Robert Zell; her grandchildren, Makayla Mia and John Alexander Zell; her siblings, John Meenan and Thomas Meenan; her nephews, John and Steven Meenan; and her niece Michelle.
Memorial contributions in Effie's name may be made to Animal Welfare to include the Burlington County Animal Alliance and/or Tunnel to Towers.
