He was predeceased by: his spouse Ada Hess. He is survived by: his children, Edward W. Hess (Linda), Gary M. Hess (Karen) and Dennis C. Hess (Gerry); his stepchildren, Craig Milnes (Johanne), David Milnes (Barbara) and James Milnes (Dolores); and also Marion Hess. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations in Mr. Hess's name be made to the Oaklyn Little League, PO Box 3, Oaklyn, NJ 08107.
