He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis (Anna McHugh) and NJ. He is survived by: his wife Christine McHugh; his children, Karen Collins (James), Colleen Polizzi (Ronald), Kathleen Wallace (Michael), Kelly McHugh (Matthew Mazeffa) and James McHugh (Therese); his grandchildren, Erin Gill (Jon), Patrick Collins, Joseph Polizzi (Cora), Ryan Wallace (Kiki), Sean Collins (Erica), Courtney Rosenthal (Jake), Jennifer Polizzi (Kyle), Molly Collins, Hannah McHugh and Moira McHugh; his great grandchildren, Clara of Dani, TJ, Aiden, Zoey and Christian; and his siblings, Dorothy, Thomas, Mary, William and Kathleen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis's name may be made to Serenity Hospice, as they were by his side and cared for him with love, dignity and respect.
