Adelizzi of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, born in Blaze, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Collins and Lucy Collins; her husband John A. Adelizzi; and her siblings, Marie Lewis, Susie Lewis, Betty Brown, Jean May and Roger Collins.
She is survived by: her children, James B. Adelizzi, John C. Adelizzi (Judy), Dawn Adelizzi Criville, Tony Elentrio (Kath), Samantha Reuter (Jon), Jennifer Fisher, Danielle Foster (Vinnie), Kaleigh, Nicholas, Delayni, Dominic, Madeline, Brady, Jaydon, Marley, Griffin and Charlotte; and her sister Edith McKenzie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Masks, social distancing, and crowd restrictions will be enforced at the funeral home, church and cemetery.
