He was predeceased by: his father Darrell DeWitt; his spouse Beverly DeWitt; and his brother Richard DeWitt (Patricia). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Shaffer (Joe) of Parrottsville, TN and Darrell DeWitt III (Kimberly) of Cinnaminson, NJ; his grandchildren, Austin Shaffer of Knoxville, TN, Kaitlin Shaffer of Maryville, TN and Alexa DeWitt of Cinnaminson, NJ; and his sisters, Carol Scheimreif (John) and Sandra Drayton (Harry). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
