He is survived by: his parents, William Spencer Ross, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Ross (Singleton); his fiancée Sandra Rose; and his siblings, William Spencer Ross Jr., Cynthia M. Ross and Sonja V. Ross. He is also survived by 2 nephews, a niece, and host of friends and family.
