He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Milione); his children, Carman Ferraioli (Steven), Maria Laura Bell (Robert), Kathleen Wagner (Joseph Morris) and Alfred Ferraioli (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Nicholas Wagner, Erika, Madelyn and Abigail Ferraioli; and his brother Alfredo Ferraioli (Marlene).

He was instrumental in creating a strong foundation in Philadelphia for Arthur Young's successor firm Ernst & Young LLP.
