She was predeceased by: her mother Janette Vaughn. She is survived by: her father Michael D. Vaughn; her stepmother Terri Vaughn; her brothers, Brian and Jonathan Vaughn; her stepsister Erika Zych; her nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Cullen, Gwen, Jean and Gabriel; and her daughter Allison. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
