He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine Jane Kazunas; his children, Kathleen Coe, Teresa Luaces (Victor), Linda Hooper (Lawrence), Mary Ellen Wood (Timothy) and Stephen Kazunas (Lisa); his grandchildren, Monica Cohen (Eric), Kristen Hitchcock (Tyler), Joanna Coe Hartsfield (Ryan), Erin Luaces, Phillip Hooper, Julia Wood, Matthew Wood (Marissa), Jaclyn Wood, Kevin Wood, Christopher Kazunas and Nathaniel Kazunas; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Aiden Cohen, Lexi and Chloe Hitchcock.
