He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Acquaviva and Rosalia Acquaviva. He is survived by: his wife Carol Acquaviva (Mazza); his children, Vincent Acquaviva III and Danielle Acquaviva (Mick Smoothey); his granddaughter Raya Acquaviva; and his siblings, Arthur Acquaviva, Maria, Peter, Eugene, Jean and Violetta. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
