He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur C Neil and Pauline Neil. He is survived by: his brother Donald Neil (Sandi) of Tobyhanna, PA; his children, Charlene Jacobus (Roy Hathaway), Dawn Neil (Ken Balhorn) of Fairview, MI, Ronald E Neil, Jr. (Dawn) of Phillipsburg, NJ, Sean Neil (Donna) of Phillipsburg, NJ and Ryan Neil (Erin McLaughlin) of Long Valley, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Adam Neil, Ivy Neil, Joshua Neil, Shanna Neil, Sally Dybas, Billy Jacobus, Brock Jacobus, Corey Jacobus and Jessica Neil. He is also survived by Twelve great-grandchildren, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
