He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Maxine Letcher-Buchanan (Przekop); his children, Debbie Buckmaster (Mel), Robert William Buchanan, Jr. (Suzanne) and Sarah Buchanan Lyle (Daniel); his stepchildren, Victoria, Maxine Anne and David; and his wife Patricia Jane Buchanan. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren.
