He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman W. Bluhm and Frances M. Bluhm (Ryszczynski) of Millburn; his wife Hilda; his siblings, Clara, Elsa, Barbara and Frank; his half-sister Janet Bluhm; his siblings, Henry and Ruth; and also, Henry G. Elwell Sr. and Hilda J. Elwell.
He is survived by: his friends, Henry Elwell and Richard; his sister Hilda; his sons, Charles Bluhm (Connie) of Cinnaminson, Warren Bluhm (C. J. Townsend) of Wisconsin and Bruce Bluhm of Chester; his granddaughters, Beth and Johanna; his stepmother Mabel Bluhm; and his half-brother William Bluhm (Edna Volz). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 concerns no funeral service is planned.
