She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Baxter; and her brother Malcolm B. Niedner. She is survived by: her children, Virginia (Bob), Jaine (Ray), Sue, Jonaker, Sweden, Bill, Jr. and James of Chester, NJ.; her grandchildren, Melissa, Christopher, Alec, Kieran and Rachel; and her parents, George A. Niedner and Marjorie Bowen Niedner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
