Mulcahy (Sally); her grandchildren, Katie Riley (Patrick), Brian Murphy, John O'Hara (Lauren), Kelly O'Hara, Patrick O'Hara, Kerry Shea, Timmy Shea, Chris Shea, Rachel Mulcahy, Shane Mulcahy and Rebecca Mulcahy; her sister Margaret Graziano; and her sister-in-law Joan Schnabel (Jim). She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
