She is survived by: her husband Jerome Molitor, MD; her stepchildren, Kristine Loeffelbein, Jerome Molitor, Jr., Preston, Parker, Peyton, Paige, Jennifer Skoff, Christian, Jr. and Charlotte; her daughter Whitney Francis Berra; the parent of her child Dale Berra; and her siblings, Kathleen O. Ashenfelter, Lynne (Jay), Michelle O'Grady and Patrick Brian O'Grady.
