She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Szemplenski. She is survived by: her children, Marie Lubina (Raymond), Joan Szemplenski and Robert Szemplenski; her grandchildren, Allison, Kristen and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Maurice, Sheehan and Kaelani.
