He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Clemente. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cavilhas Clemente; his children, Madison Clemente and Jake Clemente; his father Jose Clemente; his siblings, Jeffrey Clemente, Joseph Clemente, Seth Jameson, Gregory Heyt, Jennifer Jameson, Christine Heyt, Cecilia Clemente and Rowie Clemente; his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Andrew Heyt, Noah, Katerina Clemente and Logan Jameson; and his pet Harper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to his son, Jake Clemente's donor drive.
