He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gorgas and Margret Gorgas (Knapp); his brothers, John W. Gorgas Jr. (Jack) and Richard K. Gorgas; his great-niece Jennifer Gorgas; and his uncle Jim.
He is survived by: his brother David C. Gorgas (Thelma) of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by nephews, many great nieces and great nephews and even more great, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Forest Green Park Cemetery (535 Texas Rd, Morganville, NJ 07751).
