He was predeceased by: his father Michael George; his granddaughter Nicole; and his brother Mickey Durik. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Durik; his sons, Nick Durik (Marlene) and Mike Durik (Karen); his grandchildren, Michelle Jordan (Matt), Michael (Kimberly), Christopher and Matthew; his great grandchild Riley Jordan; and his siblings, Richard "Dickey" Durik, Michael Durik, Maryann Tracchio and Ann Schultz. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
