He is survived by: his sister Jane; his wife Doreen Kern Ottavinia; his children, Jennifer Davis (Jeff), Paul Ottavinia (Ivy) and Amy Ottavinia; his grandchildren, Ashley, Luke, Cole Davis, Dalton, Grayson Ottavinia and Alexa Ottavinia; and his siblings, Gary Ottavinia (Donna) of Lake Placid, NY and Jayne Graybill of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
