She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayor Isidoro and Cecilia Ibay; her husband Benigno Rafanan, Jr.; and her siblings, Regina, Corona, Isidoro, Jr., Prescila, Cecilio and Ramon.
She is survived by: her children, Raffy Rafanan (MaryAnne), Maricel Rabe (Rabal) and Marsha Pena (Eduardo); and her sisters, Patria Tan and Mabini Lee. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
