He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Philip Picot and Evelyn May Picot (Parse); and his sister Helen Bennet. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Picot (Piccola); his children, David Picot (Christine) of Manasquan, Sharon Parks (Ronald) of Andover, Walter Picot (Lori) of Booton Twp and John Picot of Landing; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Ronald, Kimberly, Sarah, Jennifer and Mark; his great grandchildren, Georgiana and Theodora; and his siblings, James Picot and Lenore Hing. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
