It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Furey (Chester, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchildren, Kimberly Starrs and Tracy Andricsak (Furey); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Jack, Luke, Aidan Starrs and Summer Andricsak; her sons-in-law, Peter Starrs and Dean Andricsak; her siblings, Sandra LaVacca and Richard Bates; her nieces and nephews, Eugene LaVacca and Dana Mutek (LaVacca); and her children, Nicholas, Braxton, Tristan and Jax.
Diane's family asks that loved ones and friends consider making a donation to the Melanoma Research Foundation (http://www.melanoma.org) in Diane's name to help this organization find solutions and cures for uveal melanoma, a rare and devastating cancer.
