It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Conchita M. Owens of Chester, New Jersey, born in Sanford, Florida, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernesto Clarke and Anelle Clarke (Smith); her daughter Sheila Owens Mulcahy; her sister Mona Miller; and her granddaughter Rene Conchita.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Owens; her children, Damon Owens (Melanie) and Anne McGrath (Robert); and her aunt Nella. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and by many other loving family members and friends.
