She was predeceased by: her sister Edna Lucille Livengood; her former husband Kent Grubb Jr.; her husband Jack Garst; and her son-in-law Bill Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Smith and Pam Reilly; her son-in-law Rich; her grandchildren, David Smith (Carmela), Brian Smith (Kim), Kevin Reilly, Joe Reilly and Tara Reilly; and her great grandchild Will Smith. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
