He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Trent and Caretha Trent (Brooks); and his brothers, Frank Trent and Ronald Trent. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Trent (Elkas); his sons, Michael (Kathy), John (Regan) and David Trent (Maura); his grandchildren, Nikolina, Kristopher, Crinigan, Catherine, Luke and Nina; and his brother Malcolm Trent.
