He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Rawlins Sr. and Rosabelle Rawlins; and his siblings, Clara Worthington, Bert Hill and Thomas Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Hideko Rawlins; his children, Carolyn McDonald, Otis Rawlins III and Naomi Rawlins; and his brother Anthony Hill. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
