She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanley Ashiotes; her children, Christopher Ashiotes (Lori), Denise Freeman (late Rick), Sofia Fowler (Joseph) and Maria Schanze (Charles); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Michael, Andrew, Lauren, Joey, Cole and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Gianna, Colin, Jameson, Leonello, Stella and Nico; and her siblings, Andreas, Pete, Stelios, Dimos, Lia and Irene.
