It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Hunter Jr. of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on October 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bernadette; his children, Robert E. Hunter, III (Genevieve) of Haddonfield, Elizabeth Sobus (Micah) of Cherry Hill, Hunter, Annie Sobus, Maeve, Bernard and Lucille Hunter; his sister Ruth Matthews (Fred); his brother-in-law James McLaughlin (Jeanne); his friend Eileen Vogel; and his parents, Robert Hunter and Ruth Hunter. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Kain-Murphy Funeral Services (15 West End Ave, Haddonfield, NJ 08033). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
