Joanne Marie Pizzo Obituary

Joanne M. Pizzo of Cherry Hill, NJ died June 16, 2022, age 61. Loving sister to Joseph Pizzo of Ardmore, PA.

Joanne was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Cherry Hill, and attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, Catholic University, and the University of Pennsylvania. A talented architect, Joanne worked for several major firms in Philadelphia, and taught architecture at Drexel University. She was a mentor for various architectural educational programs. She will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to Joanne’s Visitation Wednesday 6/22, 930 to 1030 am at Holy Martyr’s Catholic Church 120 Allison Rd., Oreland, PA 19075. Her mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1030 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joanne’s name may be made to Susan G.
