He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Faye Elizabeth Barrett; his children, Dr. Kathleen E. Barrett (Millard Hennessee) of Cotuit, MA, Linda Gassert (R. Brian) of Peachtree City, GA, James E. Barrett (Billy Stevens) of Houston, TX and John C. Barrett (Catherine) of Gloucester Township, NJ.; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan Hennessee, Robert (Chloe), Mikela Gassert, Kennith and Colin Barrett; and his great grandchild Pippa Gassert.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Eucharist Church (344 Kresson Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Colestown Cemetery (100 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034).
