He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Smith (McGalliard) and Virgil Milton Smith; his wife Alice Silkworth; his daughter Jessica Smith; the mother of his child Eleanor Smith; his son Duncan Hughes (Linsey); his brother Lachlan Smith (Lynne); his nieces and nephews, Lachlan Smith (Meghan), Lindsay Smith (Ryane), Fleur Baumgartner and Josselyn Baumgartner; and his grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Camden Hughes and Holland Hughes. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
