He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ryan and Mary Ryan (Smith); his wife Linda Turnock; and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his children, Cory (Megan), Scott (Maeghan) and Kaitlyn (Matt); his grandchildren, Avery, Brady, McKenna, Emma, Katie, Will and Charlie; and his siblings, Mike (Shelia), Bill (Candace) and Mary Russo (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hugh M. Moriarty Funeral Home (76 Park St, Montclair, NJ 07042). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (234 Southern Blvd, Chatham Township, NJ 07928).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater New Jersey (400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, N.J.), or Summit Speech School, (705 Central Ave., Suite 1, New Providence, N.J).
