He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Sinkler Mangan; his sister Barbara Pitocchelli; his children, Thomas (Kit), Timothy (Tonia), Sandra Nestler (Steve), Bobo Delaney (Frank) and Michael Kirkland (Becky Sue); his siblings, Joanna Kennard and John (Lynne); and his father Thomas J. Mangan, Jr.. He was also cherished by 12 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren.
