He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Molinaro; and his sister Marisa Molinaro. He is survived by: his spouse Anne Martens Molinaro; his children, Alex Molinaro, Kirsten Molinaro and Caroline Molinaro; his father Perry Molinaro; and his stepmother Joanne Molinaro.
